Patrick loves nothing more than heading off on an adventure in his Land Rover. In fact he has visited more than 50 countries in a Land Rover. Some of his more memorable adventures include crossing Australia's Simpson Desert, driving 10,000 miles to the source of the Nile River in Africa and driving down London's Oxford Street on Boxing Day.
Steve joined Land Rover Monthly in 2011 after a successful career as an estate agent. His life-long passion for Land Rovers was one of the main draws to applying for his dream job at LRM.
He says that looking after LRM advertisers is one of the best jobs in the world and getting paid to talk about his hobby keeps him motivated every day.
Having owned a number of Land Rovers over the years, his current fleet include an early Ninety and a Discovery 3. Outside of Land Rovers, Steve owns a couple of chrome bumper MGB GT’s (he loves rust!) and a fairly new Triumph Tiger adventure motorbike. An all-British garage, he is proud to say!
Ed has been playing with Land Rovers since the Sixties when he destroyed a friend’s Series I by demonstrating how it could be driven through the sea. He’s been trying to erase the guilt ever since by restoring, rebuilding and fettling every type of Land Rover. As an engineer, his passion is in writing about how they work. He drives a Range Rover Sport and Defender 110, has just finished restoring his Series III tilt and is currently building a V8 Ninety.
With over 25 years experience in magazine and print design, Sam enjoys off-roading on two wheels as well as four.
